FAQ

Which part of the planet are you from?

The Netherlands! (that’s in Europe)

I live on the other side of the planet, do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver pretty much everywhere (maybe not in Narnia, the custom fees are too high)

How do you ship things?

If your items fit through the mailbox we’ll use bubble envelopes to keep your items safe. We’ll ship these with PostNL (Dutch mail) and unless you live in the Netherlands these don’t have track and trace. If it doesn’t fit through the mailbox, we’ll use recycled boxes to ship your items. These will either be shipped with PostNL or DHL, depending on where you live. Boxes usually have track and trace.

How long until I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within two days, with a max of seven days during busy periods. Once shipped, orders to the Netherlands take 1-3 work days, to Europe it takes 3 – 20 work days, and for the rest of the world it takes 7 – 30 work days.

It's been 84 years. My order still isn't here.

Delivery times depend on multiple things, one of which the efficiency of the post office. But another major thing is customs. Sometimes they hold orders for a long period of time for inspection (no idea why it sometimes takes two weeks, though). This really sucks and all you can do is wait. However, if your package still hasn’t arrived a week after the expected delivery time, please contact us. We’ll try and figure out what’s going on.

Can I return my order?

Of course! However, be sure to read the return policy to check what you need to do.

Do you offer any discounts?

Sometimes we do! Be sure to check our social media, which is where we announce discount codes and sales.

Are you looking for promoters?

Currently we’re not actively looking, but you can always shoot us an email if you want to collaborate! If we like what we see, we’ll contact you.

This was a waste of time. My question isn't here!

Sorry, we didn’t want to make this list too long. However, if you have a different question don’t hesitate to contact us!
